The apartment was clean and comfortable, with good facilities. the owners provided useful information and games, as well as a wide selection of books and novels. the location was great, being only 15 minutes away from Exeter Uni, which was perfect for my business trip. Another advantage was the ample parking and the peaceful and quiet surroundings.
It would have been much more convenient for me to have one instead of the modern electric hob that I couldn't figure out. the TV only showed streamed programmes, which frequently froze and unfroze, becoming quite annoying.

I always come back to this place in Exeter. The staff gave me directions for attractions at my first stay. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, parking, and amenities like an electric kettle and board games. Can't wait to return for the weekend.

The value for money at this rural retreat was exceptional. The room was beautifully designed, with a cozy bedroom upstairs and a spacious lounge downstairs. The location was peaceful and surrounded by fields, perfect for a tranquil getaway. The staff were welcoming and took the time to share local recommendations.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better would have been the addition of a microwave in the kitchen.

The skylight above the bed provided a magical experience at night, allowing us to gaze at the stars from the comfort of our bed. The cozy and well-equipped kitchen made our stay comfortable, and we even had a quirky coat rail for our belongings. The cleanliness and presentation of the apartment were outstanding, and the surrounding nature was breathtaking. The owners should be commended for their attention to detail and the overall quality of their offering.
Although the modern electric hob proved a bit challenging for us to understand, it was a very minor inconvenience. Additionally, having a microwave in the kitchen would have been more preferable for our needs.

Loved the garden, felt like a fancy Lady of the manor. Free parking, so I saved a few pounds for my next high tea.
Well, it would have been nice to have my own private airport right next to the property. How inconvenient!
